I’ve coached over 125 athletes — from first-time 5Ks to Ironman and ultra finishes. Over the last five years I’ve completed 2 full Ironmans, 22 marathons (best 2:40:51), and 7 ultra marathons across road and trail. In 2026, I’m taking on the impossible:
